As Vice President of Political Strategy, Tim Kay is an integral part of the effort to help the cable industry understand and adapt to the needs of the political community.
His efforts focus on assisting political organization in developing integrated media strategies to target key geographic and demographic areas to better effectively reach voters. These efforts include the integration of data in the media planning process to truly understand the consumption habits of persuadable voters.
He has wide experience planning and purchasing all different types of media for strategic media campaigns throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Kay has worked on a variety of races ranging from president to county commissioner.
